Obsidian Plates

Obsidian Plates is conceived as an original graphic system that can be adapted to different vehicle bodies without losing its character. The project is built around directional architectural geometry, a deep black base, dark metallic tones, and rare, fine accents. The design is not transferred mechanically: each version is composed anew in response to the vehicle’s proportions, door lines, wheel arches, body creases, panel gaps, and overall silhouette. The base price applies to the implementation of the approved concept on a Toyota Tundra or a vehicle of comparable scale. The final cost depends on the specific body and the required degree of adaptation. For other vehicle models, a separate version of Obsidian Plates can be developed. The composition and line direction are reworked for the specific architecture of the vehicle while preserving the recognizable logic of the series. Changes to the color palette, extension of the design onto additional panels, personalized details, and the development of a new composition are quoted separately. When the project is executed on a **LINE-X** protective coating, its material depth is created not through the contrast between matte and gloss finishes, but through nuanced variations of black and dark gray metallic tones—from near-pure black to cool graphite and more pronounced metallic planes. This allows the graphic to reveal itself with restraint: in changing light, across body contours, and in motion, while preserving the vehicle’s monolithic character. The cost of the LINE-X protective coating, surface preparation, and coating application is calculated separately after the specific vehicle has been assessed.

**Obsidian Plates** is an exploration of weight, cohesion, and the internal structure of form. The project is built around a sense of monumentality: its restrained visual gesture works not through display, but through precision, rhythm, and material presence. This is a design about controlled strength — calm, complete, and free from unnecessary accents.

Material Vector** is a collection of custom automotive paint concepts built around the dialogue between body architecture, directional geometry, and material perception. Each design treats the vehicle not as a surface for decoration, but as a volume with its own rhythm, structural lines, and tension. Faceted compositions, controlled directional movement, and restrained textures are integrated into the bodywork rather than applied over it. The collection explores different surface identities — satin obsidian, brushed metal, mineral fracture, ribbed graphite, and weathered steel — translated into layered automotive paint under clear coat. Color is used with restraint: deep tonal fields establish the material character, while selected accents define energy, depth, and movement. Each project follows a distinct compositional logic, but all belong to one visual language: precise, tactile, architectural, and made for the scale of the vehicle.
